Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dover fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Dover throws a leg kick
and Machida counters with a series of strikes. Dover will be more careful next time no doubt.
Dover misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Dover feints and as Machida raises his hands in defense, Dover changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Dover won't allow Machida to get back to his feet.
Dover passes into half guard.
Machida really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dover. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dover trying to control the pace.
Dover's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Machida is trying to stand up here but Dover is controlling him well.
