Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Young Horse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Merker Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Young Horse!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mark Merker Junior!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horse throws a sloppy head kick and Merker Junior moves out of range easily.
Horse wants to clinch up but Merker Junior keeps it at a distance.
Merker Junior throws a leg kick but Horse sees it coming and moves out of range.
Horse tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Merker Junior paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Horse tries to clinch up.
Horse moves in looking to clinch but Merker Junior pushes him off.
Horse tries to clinch up but Merker Junior circles away and keeps his distance.
Horse misses with a wild combination.
Horse takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Merker Junior changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Horse tries to avoid it but Merker Junior manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Horse to the ground. Horse escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Merker Junior closes the distance and clinches up with Horse, looking for a takedown. Merker Junior pushes Horse against the cage but Horse circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Horse tries a head kick but it misses.
Merker Junior swats away the attempt to clinch by Horse.
Merker Junior shoots in but no luck this time.
Young Horse has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Merker Junior.
Merker Junior misses with a takedown attempt - Horse sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Horse drops Merker Junior with a left right combo! Horse follows him down to the ground into side control.
Merker Junior is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Merker Junior wants to control but Horse postures up.
Merker Junior is still in real trouble! Can Horse finish him?
Merker Junior gets back to half guard.
Merker Junior moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Merker Junior seems to have recovered his senses.
Horse has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Horse tries to stand but Merker Junior is controlling from the bottom.
Merker Junior is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Horse rolls with it to try and escape but Merker Junior cranks on the arm and Horse is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
