Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cedric Maake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Serafin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Cedric Maake!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Daniel Serafin!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Roosa Järviläinen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Serafin shoots in looking for a takedown but Maake manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Serafin's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Serafin slips a jab from Maake.
Serafin fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Serafin with a lazy takedown attempt
and Maake cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Cedric Maake has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Serafin.
Serafin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Maake but Maake pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Serafin shoots in for a double leg but Maake sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Serafin throws a head kick but Maake moves out of range.
Maake thows a left - swing and a miss!
Maake throws the left hand but Serafin avoids the punch easily.
Good shot there by Maake.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Serafin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Maake drops Serafin with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Serafin looks back up at him and smiles so Maake waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Serafin is rocked!
Serafin looks winded!
Maake closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Serafin! Maake dives in looking to finish! Serafin is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cedric Maake!
After winning the bout, Cedric Maake thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
