Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lee Kawasaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lyle Willems (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kawasaki shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Willems thuds his right hand into Kawasaki's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Kawasaki slips under a jab from Willems.
Willems stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Willems wants it to stay on the feet.
Kawasaki takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Willems thows a body shot but no joy.
Willems connects with a looping right hand.
Willems throws a hook but Kawasaki blocks it.

The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Willems tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Willems manages to work his way to half guard, despite Kawasaki's best efforts.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Kawasaki is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Willems!
Willems is looking to improve his position but Kawasaki isn't that keen on the idea.

Willems sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Willems keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
Kawasaki winds up and cracks Willems with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Kawasaki drops an elbow to the side of Willems's head.
Willems wants to get back to full guard.

Kawasaki looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Willems with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Kawasaki not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Kawasaki is pressing down on Willems's thigh, looking to free his foot. Willems is holding on for now.
Willems trying to get back to full guard but Kawasaki takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!

Willems is trying to escape the mount.
Kawasaki lands a big elbow - Willems is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Willems is forced to tap out!
