Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Albert Fish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Albert Fish!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Eric Morgan!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fish swivels and escapes.
Morgan wants to clinch up but Fish keeps it at a distance.
Morgan tries for a takedown but Fish sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Fish jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Morgan wants to clinch but Fish slips to the side

and Fish counters with a head kick that drops Morgan to the mat! Morgan scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Fish gets tackled into the cage by Morgan. Morgan maintains the clinch.

Fish's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
No luck for Morgan with that takedown attempt.
Albert Fish has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eric Morgan.
Morgan fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Morgan will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Morgan shoots in and bounces Fish off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Morgan advances to half guard.
Fish keeping control of the position.

Fish is trying to get back to full guard.

Morgan looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Fish regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Morgan.
Morgan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Fish is keeping the position for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Morgan controlling from the top position.
Fish is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Morgan throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Fish works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Fish looking to hit a scissor sweep but Morgan is one step ahead there.
Fish preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Morgan is looking to work some ground and pound but Fish has wrist control.
Morgan prevents Fish from getting back to his feet.
Morgan throwing strikes but missing.
Fish wants to stand but Morgan is controlling the position.
Fish keeping moving, preventing Morgan from controlling successfully.
Morgan missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Morgan in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Fish is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Morgan defends well.
Morgan trying to control but Fish is working from the bottom.

Morgan passes Fish's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Morgan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fish keeps working.

Morgan is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Fish defends it well.
Morgan throws a strike but Fish avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Morgan wants to control from the top but Fish keeps moving.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Fish manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Fish looking to control and managing it successfully.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Albert Fish dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Morgan shoots for a takedown but Fish saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Morgan looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Morgan gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Morgan is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Fish gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Fish has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Morgan drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Fish gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Albert Fish has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eric Morgan.

Fish breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Fish thows a left - swing and a miss!

Morgan closes the distance and clinches.
Morgan has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Fish after a bit of a struggle.

Fish breaks the clinch.

Morgan rushes Fish and presses him up against the cage.
Morgan changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Fish fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Albert Fish is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Fish avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fish swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Fish throws a looping overhand right but Morgan ducks down to avoid it.
Morgan tries to clinch up
and Fish connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
No luck for Morgan with that takedown attempt.

Morgan has Fish up against the cage in a clinch.

Fish lands a nice uppercut.
Fish gets underhooks to prevent Morgan's takedown attempt.

Fish manages to break the clinch.
Fish sizes up Morgan with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Morgan misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Morgan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Fish sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Morgan somewhat.
Morgan on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Morgan moves to clinch but Fish breaks away
and Fish cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.


It looks like Eric Morgan has been cut.
Fish lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Morgan tries to clinch
and Fish counters with a nice leg kick.
Morgan fails to land the takedown.
Fish keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Morgan is breathing heavily.
Morgan tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A jab from Fish finds it's way through Morgan's defenses.
Morgan fails in his attempt to clinch.
Fish slaps away a takedown attempt from Morgan, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Fish scores with a jab to the head.
Morgan is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Fish takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Morgan drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Eric Morgan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fish throws a leg kick which misses Morgan's front leg but catches the back leg as Morgan tries to avoid it.
Morgan will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Fish scores with a nice right hand.
Morgan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Fish circles away.
Morgan tries to clinch up

and Fish counters with a crisp right hand that drops Morgan! Fish lets Morgan back up to his feet, looking for a finish!


Morgan is rocked!
Morgan fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Fish avoids it really well and circles away.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Fish drops Morgan with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Morgan looks back up at him and smiles so Fish waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Morgan is still on wobbly legs! Can Fish finish him?
Fish sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Morgan's defenses. It connects perfectly with Morgan's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Albert Fish!
Albert Fish gave a mention to Go 2 Sleep Fight Gear in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
