Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hank Hankerson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John McCormack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that John McCormack was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCormack defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hankerson.

A momentary lapse in concentration from McCormack enables Hankerson to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. McCormack manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
McCormack looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hankerson is one step ahead there.
McCormack controlling Hankerson's posture.
McCormack really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hankerson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hankerson drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but McCormack manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Hankerson has McCormack in his guard.
McCormack won't allow Hankerson to get back to his feet.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hankerson is on top in guard.
McCormack looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

McCormack has his foot on Hankerson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hankerson works his way back into a safe position though.

Hankerson drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Hankerson as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! McCormack screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Hankerson! Nice submission victory there!
