Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Todd Haiyes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Demon Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Todd Haiyes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Demon Knight!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knight ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Haiyes throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Knight closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Knight trying to pass the guard but Haiyes defending well.
Knight is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Knight is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Haiyes doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Knight.
Haiyes is trying to stand.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Haiyes trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Knight is working for a kimura but Haiyes is defending it quite comfortably.
Haiyes looks like he's trying to stand up.
Knight scores with a couple of good hammerfists.

Knight is controlling the pace.

Haiyes is trying to stand back up but Knight is controlling him

Haiyes tries to kick Knight off but Knight keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Knight seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Haiyes is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
