Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dileno Carneiro!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Ackerman and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Verchanko lands with a nice combination. Carneiro backs away looking to recover.
Carneiro shoots in for a takedown but Verchanko shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Carneiro throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Verchanko's waist but Verchanko gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Carneiro off to one side.
Carneiro moves out of range as Verchanko strikes.
Carneiro misses with a takedown attempt
and Verchanko counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Ivan Verchanko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dileno Carneiro.
Carneiro looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Verchanko is fending him off so far but Carneiro persists. Nope, Verchanko circles away and we're back to standing.
Verchanko fails to land with a series of punches.
Verchanko stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Verchanko wants it to stay on the feet.
Verchanko lands an overhand right.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Verchanko misses with a few strikes there.

Verchanko cracks Carneiro with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Verchanko has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Carneiro to stand back up!

Carneiro is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Verchanko catches Carneiro with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Carneiro forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
