The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Menelaos tests PoopyPants's chin there with a solid looking shot.
A telegraphed right hand from PoopyPants misses the target.
Menelaos misses with a body shot.
PoopyPants tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Menelaos slips a jab from PoopyPants.

PoopyPants walks into a stiff left hand from Menelaos.
PoopyPants looks to land a right hand but Menelaos moved out of range.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Menelaos dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
PoopyPants connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Nice uppercut there from PoopyPants.
PoopyPants tries to clinch there but Menelaos circles away.
Menelaos uses good head movement to avoid the hook from PoopyPants.
PoopyPants fails with a takedown attempt.

PoopyPants dips to his left and cracks Menelaos with an uppercut!
PoopyPants throws a hook to the side of Menelaos's head but Menelaos sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
PoopyPants shoots for a double leg takedown but Menelaos sprawls well. He's pushed PoopyPants's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
PoopyPants tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Menelaos manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

and Menelaos counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
PoopyPants throws a looping overhand right but Menelaos ducks down to avoid it.

and Menelaos counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
PoopyPants fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Menelaos avoids it really well and circles away.
Tadas Menelaos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of BitchFace PoopyPants.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A left lands for PoopyPants.
PoopyPants rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Menelaos counters with a huge left! PoopyPants is in big trouble! He's backing up but Menelaos isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save PoopyPants from any more damage. A dominating finish by Menelaos!
