Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Katla Vanagandr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Katsumi Nasu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nasu is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Shura no Hana. On his way into the cage it seems that Katla Vanagandr has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Katla Vanagandr seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vanagandr thuds a left hand into Nasu's body.
Vanagandr misses with an uppercut.
A combination from Vanagandr does no damage.
A punch lands to the side of Vanagandr 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Nasu lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

It looks like Katla Vanagandr has been cut.
A telegraphed right hand from Nasu misses the target.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nasu throws a hook to the side of Vanagandr's head but Vanagandr sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A jab from Vanagandr finds it's way through Nasu's defenses.
Nasu throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Vanagandr sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A telegraphed right hand from Vanagandr misses the target.
Nasu misses with a series of wild punches.
Vanagandr throws a hook to the side of Nasu's head but Nasu sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Vanagandr connects with a right hand. Nasu shakes it off.
Vanagandr staying out of range there.
Vanagandr scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Vanagandr takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
A clash of legs there as Vanagandr blocks the low kick.
Nasu throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Vanagandr cracks Nasu with a right hand to the side of the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Nasu thows a body shot but no joy.
Vanagandr lunges at Nasu with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Nasu's hand.
Vanagandr closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Vanagandr fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Nasu misses with a wild body shot.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Vanagandr avoids the body shot from Nasu.
Vanagandr swings for the body but Nasu moves out of range.
A big left from Vanagandr misses.

Vanagandr drops Nasu with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Nasu looks back up at him and smiles so Vanagandr waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Nasu is rocked!

It looks like Katsumi Nasu has been cut.
Vanagandr throws a jab when Nasu was well out of range.
Nasu throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Nasu gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Vanagandr.
Nasu is still on wobbly legs! Can Vanagandr finish him?
Vanagandr ducks under a wild hook from Nasu.
Nasu seems to have recovered his senses.
Nasu doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Vanagandr moves out of range as Nasu strikes.
Vanagandr cracks Nasu with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Nasu tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Vanagandr pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Nasu is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Katla Vanagandr!
Post fight, an emotional Katla Vanagandr said 'Full damage, POW right in the kisser!'.
