Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Nuclear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodney Blake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nuclear comes to the cage accompanied by Nuclear Assault - Critical Mass. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blake throws out a loose jab but Nuclear uses good head movement to avoid it.
Blake throws a lazy uppercut
and Nuclear counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Nuclear throws a leg kick
enabling Blake to counter with a crisp jab.
Nuclear misses the shot to the body.
Nuclear takes a swing at Blake's ribcage but misses.
Blake missing with a left hand there. Nuclear was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Blake connects with an inside leg kick.
Blake throws out a loose jab but Nuclear uses good head movement to avoid it.
Blake throws a hook but Nuclear blocks it.
Blake connects with a right hand. Nuclear shakes it off.
Blake connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Nuclear's hands.

Blake throws a combination that misses
and Nuclear counters with a stiff right hand.
Blake misses the shot to the body.
Nuclear throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Blake connects with an inside leg kick.

Nuclear dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Blake. That did some damage!
Nuclear listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Blake swings for the body but Nuclear moves out of range.
Blake misses the shot to the body.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Blake throws a nice looking combination but Nuclear bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Nuclear takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Nuclear takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Blake fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Nuclear has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Blake throws a leg kick
and Nuclear counters with a three punch combo that has Blake backing up. Blake nods at Nuclear to acknowledge the strikes.

Nuclear scores with a jab to the body.
No joy there for Nuclear, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Blake tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nuclear was well out of range. Poor timing from Blake.
Blake misses with a wild body shot.
Nuclear misses with a body shot.
Blake punishes Nuclear's body with a nice straight punch.
Nuclear dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Blake. That did some damage!
Nuclear has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Blake.
Nuclear misses with a wild body shot.
Nuclear fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Blake manages to avoid it.
Nuclear is looking to clinch but Blake is avoiding it.
Blake looks to score with a jab to the body but Nuclear is just out of range.

Blake scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Nuclear takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Nuclear pushes Blake up against the cage in a clinch.
Nuclear's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Nuclear has a couple of punches blocked by Blake.

Blake misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Nuclear.

Nuclear keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Blake's efforts to push away.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Nuclear.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Blake swings away with an uppercut that misses.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Nuclear takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Nuclear lands with a light punch inside.
Blake misses with a punch on the inside.
Nuclear lands a nice uppercut.
Nuclear blocking some punches.

Nuclear breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Nuclear drops Blake with a big left hand! Blake is injured, injured bad! Nuclear jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
