Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lee Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Galahald Du Lac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Du Lac is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Game of Thrones. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Galahald Du Lac!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Josh West and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Jackson.
Jackson fails with a takedown attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jackson is defended easily by Du Lac.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lee Jackson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Du Lac misses the shot to the body.
Jackson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Du Lac is fending him off so far but Jackson persists. Nope, Du Lac circles away and we're back to standing.
Du Lac fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Jackson.
Du Lac connects with a nice looking jab.
Jackson closes the distance and clinches up with Du Lac, looking for a takedown. Jackson pushes Du Lac against the ropes but Du Lac circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Jackson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Jackson showed some decent athleticism there.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Du Lac is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jackson is looking to take a break and control but Du Lac is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Du Lac is looking for a sweep. Jackson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Du Lac trying to hold on to Jackson's head to control him but Jackson postures up.
Du Lac tries to roll over but Jackson keeps him under control.
Jackson is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Du Lac is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Lee Jackson!
Lee Jackson is the new heavyweight champion!
Lee Jackson spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
