The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McFly cracks Steele with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether McFly might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

McFly feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

McFly tries to free his leg and advance position but Steele is retaining full guard.

McFly stands up over Steele, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
McFly wants to pass the guard but Steele is keeping the position.

Dan Steele decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
