Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marquise Berry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Ayers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Berry comes to the cage accompanied by Macklemore-Thrift Shop. On his way into the cage it seems that Marquise Berry has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Marquise Berry seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ayers connects with a high kick.
Ayers closes the distance looking to clinch
and Berry counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Berry wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ayers keeps working.
Berry is pressing down on Ayers's thigh, looking to free his foot. Ayers is holding on for now.
Ayers tries to kick Berry off but Berry keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ayers has hold of Berry's hands but Berry slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Ayers is looking for a sweep.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A big shot lands for Berry! That's hurt Ayers! Will he recover? Berry fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marquise Berry!
In his post fight interview, Marquise Berry gave a big smile as he said 'I'm Marquise and I'm going to be here all night!'.
