Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Benjamin King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Dustin Cavanaugh!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Micheangelo Fripello and Colin Fray.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A right-left combo lands from King.
King lands with a shot to the body.

Cavanaugh clinches with his opponent.
King fails to pull guard.
King changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Cavanaugh fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Cavanaugh slips under a jab.
King fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Cavanaugh shoots in looking for a takedown. King tries to sprawl out of it but Cavanaugh keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. King manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
King scores with a jab to the body.
Cavanaugh should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

That's one minute gone in the round.
King pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Cavanaugh back to the cage. King follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Cavanaugh shoots in and drives through. King sprawls well.
Cavanaugh misses with a jab, cross combination.
King drops his hands for a split second and Cavanaugh immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into King face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Cavanaugh follows up with a right hand that knocks King into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
