Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Arturo Rojas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tam Zeus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rojas comes to the cage accompanied by Brother Ali - Uncle Sam Goddamn. Zeus is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Open Road. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Tam Zeus was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rojas tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Zeus thows a body shot but no joy.
Rojas fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Zeus checks it well.
Zeus ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rojas moves away.

Arturo Rojas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zeus scores with a shot to the body.

Zeus drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Zeus jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Zeus lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Zeus pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Zeus has control of Rojas's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Rojas regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Zeus wants to control the pace but Rojas is squirming around nicely.

Zeus throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Rojas has his hands clasped together but Zeus breaks the hold and Rojas is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Zeus!
