Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Kharitonov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Ian Loll and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kharitonov.
Kharitonov looks to throw the jab but Brown is out of range.
Kharitonov falls off balance throwing a combination

and Brown counters with a nice double leg into guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kharitonov can do anything to dispel that myth.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Brown throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Brown has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Brown stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kharitonov swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Brown stops Kharitonov from standing up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kharitonov is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Kharitonov keeping moving, preventing Brown from controlling successfully.
Brown passes into half guard.

Brown is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Brown uses his free foot to push down on Kharitonov's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Kharitonov.
Kharitonov is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Brown looking for a guillotine from mount but Kharitonov is having none of it.
Brown can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kharitonov is looking to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kharitonov wants to get back to his feet.
Brown throwing strikes here but Kharitonov is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Brown looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Kharitonov is trying to stand but he's just given Brown his back.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kharitonov holding both Brown 's hands and preventing any damage.

Kharitonov looks winded!

Brown has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Kharitonov is defending well but eventually Brown manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Kharitonov has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
