Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Calypso Damione Deathclaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Dunne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Calypso Damione Deathclaw!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jay Dunne!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Damione Deathclaw fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Dunne tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Damione Deathclaw changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dunne tries to avoid it but Damione Deathclaw manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dunne to the ground. Dunne escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Dunne tries to sprawl but Damione Deathclaw drives through with a takedown into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Damione Deathclaw wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dunne keeps working.

Damione Deathclaw looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Damione Deathclaw wants to work for an arm triangle but Dunne is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Dunne is staying active underneath Damione Deathclaw, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Damione Deathclaw fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Dunne to the ground. Damione Deathclaw is now in Dunne's guard.

Damione Deathclaw stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dunne swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Dunne utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Damione Deathclaw slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Damione Deathclaw is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Dunne knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Damione Deathclaw has hold of Dunne's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Dunne seems comfortable defending it but Damione Deathclaw has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Dunne is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Dunne is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Damione Deathclaw couldn't care less - he's delighted!
