The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benson throws a jab but it's blocked by Harri.
Sloppy strikes from Benson. Those never looked like landing.
Benson misses with a combination

and Harri counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Harri looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Harri wants to free his trapped foot but Benson is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Harri is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Benson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Harri.

Harri works his way into full mount!
Harri tries to control but Benson wriggling away.

Harri jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Benson manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Harri has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Harri mounts Benson! Really nice guard pass there!
Harri moves to the back.

Harri has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Harri gets his hands free as Benson looks to control.

Harri is looking for the choke from the back position but Benson is controlling his hands well.

Harri is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Benson is defending well though. Harri let's go of the attempt for now.
Benson is trying to get back to his feet but Harri has full control of the position and if anything, Benson has just worked his way into a worse spot.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Harri is working for a rear naked choke. Benson is not defending it well and Harri has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Benson refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Benson's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
