The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Xinhai misses.
Xinhai misses with a body punch
so Torello counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Torello is in close to Xinhai's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Torello has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Torello connects with a nice short shot to Xinhai's temple.
Torello uses his free foot to push down on Xinhai's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Xinhai.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Torello cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Xinhai really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Xinhai is rocked!
Xinhai takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Torello's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
