Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Samurai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matheus Lucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lucas has chosen Ridin' Dirty as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Matheus Lucas has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samurai lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lucas circles away quickly and effectively.
Samurai will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lucas Samurai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lucas motions for Samurai to come forward. Lucas throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Lucas misses with a wild body shot.

Lucas looks to land a right hand but Samurai moved out of range.

Samurai throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lucas sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Lucas fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Samurai throws a series of punches but Lucas avoids them all with ease.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Some bone on bone action there as Samurai checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Samurai thuds his right hand into Lucas's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Samurai cracks Lucas with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Samurai has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Lucas to stand back up!

It looks like Matheus Lucas has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A telegraphed right hand from Lucas misses the target.
Lucas is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Samurai throws a right and a left that both miss.
Lucas should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

and Lucas counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Samurai lands a left and a right that send Lucas crashing to the mat, dazed. Samurai thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Lucas is rocked!
Samurai feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Lucas crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
