Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Amir Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steven NZonzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Steven NZonzi!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Alyssa Summers and Joseph Jones.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
NZonzi throws a lazy head kick
and Khan counters with a three punch combo that has NZonzi backing up. NZonzi nods at Khan to acknowledge the strikes.
Khan looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Khan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Khan slips a straight right by NZonzi.
NZonzi tries to clinch up
and Khan counters with a nice body shot.
NZonzi lands with an overhand left.
NZonzi checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
NZonzi turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
NZonzi moves into range and connects with a jab.

Khan is rocked!
NZonzi goes for a small jab and connects. Now NZonzi goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Khan stumbles back but NZonzi runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Khan to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Khan will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Steven NZonzi!
