Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ryo Matsuoka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Saki Rojo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matsuoka's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Mack the Knife. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryo Matsuoka!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Saki Rojo!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Taro Takaoka and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matsuoka stuffs the takedown attempt from Rojo. Rojo gets slowly back to his feet.
Rojo shoots in for a takedown but Matsuoka shows good takedown defense.
Rojo dives in and grabs Matsuoka's left leg, looking for a takedown. Matsuoka pushes down on Rojo's head and hops out.
Ryo Matsuoka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Saki Rojo.
Rojo shoots in for a double leg but Matsuoka sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Rojo moves forwards but Matsuoka connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Saki Rojo has been cut.
Rojo shoots in and bounces Matsuoka off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Rojo seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Saki Rojo.
Nice sprawl there from Matsuoka as Rojo shoots in.
Rojo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Matsuoka swivels and escapes.
Matsuoka forces Rojo back against the cage and clinches.
Matsuoka's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Rojo moves in looking to clinch but Matsuoka pushes him off.

Matsuoka buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Rojo looks winded!
Matsuoka lands a big head kick that sends Rojo tumbling to the mat! Matsuoka takes a step backwards and waves Rojo back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Rojo is rocked!
Matsuoka closes the distance and pushes Rojo back into the cage.
Rojo is still on wobbly legs! Can Matsuoka finish him?
Matsuoka manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Rojo seems to have recovered his senses.
Matsuoka breaks the clinch.
Rojo fails with the takedown.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Matsuoka.
A punch combination from Matsuoka misses.
Saki Rojo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Matsuoka gets a clinch.
Matsuoka breaks the clinch.
Rojo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Matsuoka as he jumps to the side.

Rojo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Matsuoka tries to avoid it but Rojo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Matsuoka to the ground. Matsuoka escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Matsuoka stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Crunch! Matsuoka slams his shin into Rojo's torso.
Matsuoka moves into the clinch.
Matsuoka breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Matsuoka moves into range and clinches up with Rojo.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Matsuoka keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Matsuoka uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Matsuoka lands a big head kick that sends Rojo tumbling to the mat! Matsuoka takes a step backwards and waves Rojo back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Matsuoka misses with a two punch combination.
Rojo gets hit by the mother of all head kicks and drops to the canvas in a crumpled heap! Woooow, the Internet is going to be talking about this one for weeks!
