The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benton lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Brox circles away quickly and effectively.

Benton bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Benton creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Brox sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Benton shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Brox defends it nicely.

Brox is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Benton can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
