The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pazzini is defended easily by Sloan .
Sloan is trying hard to land a takedown here. Pazzini sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Sloan shoots in looking for a takedown. Pazzini tries to sprawl out of it but Sloan keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pazzini manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Sloan changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pazzini looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

You can see the frustration on Pazzini's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Pazzini is working to avoid the ground and pound but Sloan connects with a decent elbow.
