Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Lee Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Myles Makdessi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Lee Jr might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Outasight - Belive In Me. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Tyler Lee Jr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Myles Makdessi!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, William Peck and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makdessi tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lee Jr sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Makdessi somewhat.
Lee Jr fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Makdessi shoots in for a double leg but Lee Jr sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Makdessi dives in and grabs Lee Jr's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lee Jr pushes down on Makdessi's head and hops out.
Tyler Lee Jr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Myles Makdessi.
No luck for Makdessi with that takedown attempt.
Makdessi shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lee Jr as he avoids it easily.
Makdessi closes the distance and clinches up with Lee Jr, looking for a takedown. Makdessi pushes Lee Jr against the cage but Lee Jr circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Makdessi displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lee Jr.

Lee Jr fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Makdessi sprawls well initially but Lee Jr persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Lee Jr is looking for a kimura here.

Lee Jr postures up in Makdessi's guard and throws a big left but Makdessi blocks it.
Makdessi is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Lee Jr landing with the ground and pound.
Lee Jr tries to free his leg and advance position but Makdessi is retaining full guard.
Lee Jr is working hard here to advance position.
Makdessi tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Lee Jr postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Makdessi is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Lee Jr, into his guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Makdessi wants to control from the top but Lee Jr keeps moving.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Lee Jr shoots and misses

and Makdessi counters by moving into the clinch.

Makdessi has clasped his hands together around Lee Jr's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Makdessi tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

A close round but Myles Makdessi will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Lee Jr wants to control but Makdessi is keeping him busy.

Lee Jr has hold of Makdessi's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Makdessi seems comfortable defending it but Lee Jr has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Makdessi is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Makdessi is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Lee Jr couldn't care less - he's delighted!
