The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cutting lands a big head kick that sends Kirijenko tumbling to the mat! Cutting takes a step backwards and waves Kirijenko back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kirijenko fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Cutting sprawls well initially but Kirijenko persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
