Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kenan Groso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Rogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Groso comes to the cage accompanied by Bosnian National Anthem. Joe Rogan will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogan pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Groso drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Groso cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Rogan postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Groso is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Rogan, into his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Groso tries to free his leg and advance position but Rogan is retaining full guard.
Kenan Groso overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Groso stands and throws Rogan's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Groso wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rogan keeps working.

Groso has the hooks in. Rogan is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

I really don't envy Rogan right now.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
