Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Alex Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Herald Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taylor comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Smoke the Fire!! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Alex Anderson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Herald Taylor!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Colin Fray and Roger Salmon.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Taylor fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Anderson sprawls well initially but Taylor persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Taylor is stalling here. Anderson is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Taylor seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Anderson has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Taylor is trying to get back to half guard.
Anderson just content to control the position.
Anderson has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Taylor is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
