Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Casey Silk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Linden Wilcox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilcox tries to clinch but Silk is having none of it.
Silk throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Wilcox's waist but Wilcox gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Silk off to one side.
Wilcox scoring well with a low kick there.

Silk takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Silk feints and as Wilcox raises his hands in defense, Silk changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Wilcox has control of Silk's left arm, preventing Silk from doing any damage.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Silk has a takedown stuffed.
Wilcox throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Silk shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Wilcox defends it nicely.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Wilcox lands a nice looking kick to the body. Silk takes a step back to recover.
Silk takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Wilcox lands with a right that hurts Silk. Silk looks to clinch but Wilcox throws a short knee that drops Silk. This one is all over!
