Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marko Kiprusoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Silva Da Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Da Silva has chosen The Ken Song as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Silva throws a right hand that Kiprusoff ducks under and follows up with a left that Kiprusoff also avoids with ease.
Some wild striking there from Da Silva.
Kiprusoff fails with the takedown

and Da Silva counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Da Silva works his way into side control.
Da Silva trying to control the action but Kiprusoff is working from the bottom.

Da Silva looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Da Silva controls the position.

Kiprusoff wants to control but Da Silva postures up.
Da Silva wants to control but Kiprusoff is keeping him busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kiprusoff is looking to reverse the position.

Kiprusoff thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Kiprusoff passes Da Silva's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Kiprusoff is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Da Silva doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kiprusoff.

Kiprusoff is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.

Kiprusoff drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Da Silva dives on top into guard.
Kiprusoff trying to keep a closed guard but Da Silva is proving a slippery customer.
Da Silva trying to control the position from guard on top but Kiprusoff is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Da Silva stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kiprusoff swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Da Silva is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Da Silva looking to sit in guard and control but Kiprusoff gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Kiprusoff works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Kiprusoff is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Da Silva is just riding it out for now. Kiprusoff eventually gives up the hold.
Kiprusoff is breathing heavily.
Kiprusoff prevents Da Silva from improving his position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Kiprusoff is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Da Silva keeps control of the position for the meantime.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Silva Da Silva dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Kiprusoff walks into a straight right hand from Da Silva.
Kiprusoff shoots in looking for a takedown. Da Silva tries to sprawl out of it but Kiprusoff keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Da Silva manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Da Silva throws a sloppy head kick and Kiprusoff moves out of range easily.
Da Silva connects with a combination that backs up Kiprusoff into the cage. Da Silva lands a flurry of punches that gets past Kiprusoff's guard. Kiprusoff is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Da Silva bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Silva Da Silva!
