Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between David Derouin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junie Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Junie Silva is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Derouin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Derouin looks for a takedown but Silva sprawls well.
Derouin closes the distance and clinches up with Silva, looking for a takedown. Derouin pushes Silva against the cage but Silva circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Despite being in the dominant position, Junie Silva just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Derouin shoots in looking for a takedown. Silva tries to sprawl out of it but Derouin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Silva manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
