The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vanlaque shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Isaac as he avoids it easily.
Isaac throws a sloppy head kick and Vanlaque moves out of range easily.

Vanlaque closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Isaac to the mat! Isaac manages to get full guard.

Vanlaque is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Isaac is just riding it out for now. Vanlaque eventually gives up the hold.

Vanlaque has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Isaac is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Vanlaque yanks on the arm and Isaac is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Vanlaque.
