Markiewicz comes to the cage accompanied by Nelly- Heart of a Champion. The key to victory for Jacob Markiewicz has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quartey goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Markiewicz wants to clinch.
A solid leg kick lands there for Quartey.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Quartey changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Markiewicz tries to avoid it but Quartey manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Markiewicz to the ground. Markiewicz escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
