The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hattingh lands with a cross.
Hattingh misses with a wild body shot.
Hattingh moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
It looks like George Hattingh has been cut.
Hattingh wants to land a leg kick but Tweedie is out of range.
Hattingh shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Tweedie drops Hattingh with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hattingh looks back up at him and smiles so Tweedie waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Tweedie walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Hattingh drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Tweedie swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Hattingh's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Callum Tweedie!
Callum Tweedie decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
