Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Allu Asikainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kelly Stevenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kelly Stevenson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stevenson closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Stevenson is pressed up against the cage. Asikainen has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Stevenson down to the mat. Stevenson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Stevenson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Asikainen's guard.

Stevenson is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Asikainen has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
