Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Erin Little (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Erin Little has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Erin Little!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Paul Hogan!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Eliza Hachem and Hugh Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Little wants to clinch up but Hogan keeps it at a distance.
Little is looking to clinch.
Little really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Hogan drives through with a takedown into guard.
Little avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Little looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hogan is one step ahead there.
Hogan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Little swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hogan trying to control the position from guard on top but Little is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Little throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

Hogan drops back looking for a leg! Little is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Little manages to kick Hogan off! Hogan jumps back into Little's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hogan passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Little is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Hogan off and has taken his back!

Hogan defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Hogan is trying to break free.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Little has Hogan flattened out and is raining down punches.
Little is trying to stick to Hogan's back but Hogan is turning into Little. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Little's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Hogan.

Hogan thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Little is on top in guard.

Little scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Little postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Hogan escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Little gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Hogan is looking for a triangle but Little pushes his legs off easily.
Little with a nice head shot there.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Little accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Little missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Little's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Little keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Hogan's head.

Hogan looking for a sweep. Not yet Hogan, not yet.

Little is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Hogan has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Little is looking to defend but Hogan has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Little! Hogan pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Little taps out and this one is all over!
