Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Clive Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ismo Laippela (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Allen comes to the cage accompanied by The World's Greatest. Clive Allen is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allen takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Laippela bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Allen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Laippela throws a leg kick but Allen sees it coming and moves out of range.
Laippela scores with a hook to the body. Allen takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Laippela is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Laippela lands a nice shot that snaps Allen's head back.
Allen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Laippela manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Allen is looking to clinch but Laippela is avoiding it.
Laippela scores with a one two! Allen had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Laippela scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Laippela throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Laippela avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Allen is looking to clinch.

Allen looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Laippela!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Laippela is looking for a sweep.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Laippela is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Allen scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Laippela to see if he's OK.

Laippela wants to control but Allen postures up.
Laippela is not content to let Allen control the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Allen lands a nice forearm strike.
Laippela tries to bench press Allen off him but Allen keeps the position.
Allen in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Laippela is rocked!
Allen lands a strong strike to the head of Laippela. That's dazed him! Allen looking to finish here. Laippela is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Allen lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

Clive Allen decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
