Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Terry McDermott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Serafim Do Pinto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Do Pinto throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

McDermott throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Do Pinto was covering up waiting for the punch and McDermott finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Do Pinto can do anything to dispel that myth.
McDermott slips nicely into half guard.
McDermott wants to lay and pray for a moment but Do Pinto keeps working.

McDermott is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Do Pinto is just riding it out for now. McDermott eventually gives up the hold.

McDermott wants to take a breather but Do Pinto is having none of it.
McDermott will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
McDermott tries to pass to full mount but Do Pinto defends it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

McDermott is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Do Pinto is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
