Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Renato Laranja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jean Vetin Currow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laranja kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is best of renato. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laranja fails with a takedown attempt.
Currow fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Laranja takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Laranja avoids the body shot from Currow.
Nice takedown defense from Currow. No joy for Laranja on that attempt.
Currow tries to bum rush Laranja with a series of wild strikes but Laranja uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Laranja tries to close the distance and clinch up but Currow swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Currow throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Laranja shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Currow displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Laranja.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Renato Laranja. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Currow throws a lazy right hand but Laranja sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Laranja slips under a jab.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Laranja uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Currow.

Currow fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Laranja on the side of the head.
Currow swinging wildly here.
Currow swings for the body but Laranja moves out of range.
Laranja shoots in and drives through. Currow sprawls well.
Laranja shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Currow pinned against the cage. Currow gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Currow misses with an uppercut.
Currow connects with a good right hand that stumbles Laranja. Laranja circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Laranja. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Currow misses the shot to the body.
Currow wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Laranja shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Currow as he avoids it easily.
Laranja is breathing heavily.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Currow scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Laranja doesn't seem bothered though.
Laranja uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Currow.
Currow scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Laranja on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Currow lands with a good body shot.
Currow clobbers Laranja with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Currow goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Currow lands a nice hook to Laranja's body. Laranja takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Laranja has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Currow finds it's way round the side to connect with Laranja's head.
Currow comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Oooooh!!! Currow has knocked Laranja down with a huge combo! Currow steps away and waves a wobbly Laranja back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Laranja is rocked!
Currow connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Laranja to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Currow!
