Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hell Rose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Athan Stamatis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stamatis has chosen Lose Yourself as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Hell Rose!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
16 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Athan Stamatis!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stamatis on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Rose scores with a sloppy right hand. Stamatis should have avoided that one.
Rose takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Stamatis misses with a takedown
and Rose counters with a slapping leg kick.
Rose fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Stamatis manages to avoid it.
Rose throws a body punch but Stamatis moves out of range.
Stamatis takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Rose throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Stamatis stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stamatis misses with a leg kick
and Rose cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Rose slips under a jab from Stamatis.
Rose pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Rose stuffs the takedown.
Stamatis goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Stamatis misses with a low kick.
Rose walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Stamatis fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Rose is out of range.

Rose fakes the leg kick and cracks Stamatis in the body.
Rose throws a leg kick but Stamatis sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Stamatis looks to land a body kick but Rose moved away.
Danga de danga de dang - Rose scores with a four punch combination!
Both fighters circling a little - Stamatis finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Rose checks a leg kick.
Stamatis is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Rose punishes Stamatis's body with a nice straight punch.
Rose lands a glancing blow to the side of Stamatis's head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Stamatis swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Stamatis gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Rose scores with a nice strike.
Stamatis is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A nice leg kick lands there from Rose.
Stamatis throws a leg kick which misses Rose's front leg but catches the back leg as Rose tries to avoid it.
Jab, jab by Rose - just one landing.
Stamatis is still on wobbly legs! Can Rose finish him?
Rose leaves Stamatis with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Hell Rose has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Athan Stamatis.
Rose cracks Stamatis with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Stamatis tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Rose pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Stamatis is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hell Rose!
Hell Rose was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
