Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Solomon Carver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Girevoy Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carver comes to the cage accompanied by Jay Z - Run this Town (Broken Halo Remix). Girevoy Khan has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Solomon Carver's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Khan scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Carver is trying to buck Khan off.
Khan in side control, throwing shots but Carver defends.
Carver is being controlled here.
Khan postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Khan misses with the ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Carver tries to bench press Khan off him but Khan keeps the position.

Khan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Carver keeps working.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Khan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Carver but Carver pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Khan catches Carver with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Carver misses with the combination.
Girevoy Khan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Carver lands a glancing blow to the side of Khan's head.
Carver shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Khan throws a shot to the body.
Khan scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Carver is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Khan's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Khan's back!

Khan is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.

Carver is riding his opponent, not letting Khan buck him off.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Khan wants to escape the position.
Khan just trying to survive but Carver is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
Carver controlling the position well here. Khan rolled but Carver kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Carver is looking to control Khan but Khan is wriggling around and keeping busy.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Khan fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Carver moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Khan swings away with a body shot that misses
and Carver counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Girevoy Khan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
A lazy left from Carver finds it's target.
Carver misses the jab.
Carver stuffs the takedown.
Carver misses with a looping right.
Carver scores with a hook to the body. Khan takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Carver throws a hook but Khan avoids it easily.
Khan misses with a takedown attempt
and Khan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Khan is rocked!
Solomon Carver has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Girevoy Khan.
Khan is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Good shot there by Carver.
Khan is still on wobbly legs! Can Carver finish him?
Carver digs a good body shot into Khan's ribs.
Solomon Carver is winning the standup battle so far.

Carver scoring well with a low kick there.
Khan seems to have recovered his senses.
Khan shoots and misses
and Carver counters with a slapping leg kick.
A big right from Carver misses.
Khan displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Carver throws out the jab.
Khan walks into a left hand.
Khan tries for a takedown but Carver circles away easily
and Carver makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Carver's corner calls for a 1-2. Carver obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
BOOM! Carver lands a beautiful left hook that drops Khan. Khan tries to recover but Carver is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Khan lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Solomon Carver!
