Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cain Velazques (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miller comes to the cage accompanied by renegade. Velazques has chosen Siempre Peligroso as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Velazques rushes Miller and presses him up against the cage.
Velazques looking to throw knees to the head but Miller is blocking nicely.
Miller has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Velazques is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Miller manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Miller is on top in guard.

Miller working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

and Velazques decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Miller's guard.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Velazques. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Miller has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Velazques avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

The referee asks Velazques politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Velazques prefers to stall for the moment though.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Miller is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Velazques is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Miller is desperately trying to improve his position but Velazques has a good base and remains in mount.
Velazques cracks Miller with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Well Velazques has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
