Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Walter Kurtz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Devin Styles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Styles has chosen Ludacris - Get Back as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Styles misses with an uppercut. Kurtz saw that one coming.
Kurtz swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Styles misses with a left hand
and Kurtz counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
A nice leg kick lands there from Kurtz.
Styles cracks Kurtz with a good jab.

It looks like Walter Kurtz has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Styles connects with a crisp jab.
Styles throws a push kick but Kurtz slaps the foot to one side.
Kurtz ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Styles moves away.

Styles cracks Kurtz with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Kurtz looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Styles finish him?
A slow jab from Styles misses its intended target.
Kurtz displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Styles throws out the jab.
Styles swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Kurtz jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Styles's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kurtz connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Styles scrambles back to his feet.

It looks like Devin Styles has been cut.
Kurtz looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Styles steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kurtz.
Kurtz moves away from the strike by Styles.
Styles takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Styles takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Kurtz ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Kurtz connects with an inside leg kick.
Styles has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Kurtz.

Kurtz fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Styles has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Styles takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Kurtz throws a leg kick which misses Styles's front leg but catches the back leg as Styles tries to avoid it.

Kurtz throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Kurtz jabs Styles to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Kurtz moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Kurtz lands a body shot.
Styles moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Kurtz scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Kurtz connects with a leg kick. Styles looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Nice straight punches there by Kurtz. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Kurtz.
Styles throws a hook but Kurtz blocks it.

Kurtz lands a jab to the head.
Kurtz lands a big right hook! Styles looks hurt but is still standing! Kurtz lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Styles falls down and Kurtz dives in with a huge hammer fist! Styles's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Kurtz runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
