The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left lands for Ricardo.
Ricardo throws a series of punches but Bane avoids them all with ease.
Ricardo misses with a double jab.
Bane uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ricardo.

Bane scores a takedown into full mount!
Ricardo wants to control but Bane is having none of it.
Ricardo is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.

Ricardo defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Bane.
Ricardo tries to hold on but Bane postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bane forces the positional change into back control.
Ricardo is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Bane off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
Ricardo has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.

Bane working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Ricardo turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Bane off and cradles Ricardo's limp body as Bane celebrates with his corner.
