Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Eric Fuller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Nicolai Grigorev!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Ackerman and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Grigorev darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Grigorev lands with a slapping head kick.
Fuller wants to clinch but Grigorev slips to the side
and Grigorev counters with a head kick.
Fuller moves to clinch but Grigorev breaks away
and Grigorev counters with a leg kick.
Grigorev sizes up Fuller with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Grigorev cracks Fuller with a good jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Fuller on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Fuller with a poor takedown
and Grigorev connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Grigorev pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Fuller walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Fuller is rocked!
A jab lands there for Grigorev.
Oh Fuller is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fuller looks up at the clock. Bad move! Grigorev lands a right hand from hell, dropping Fuller. Grigorev pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nicolai Grigorev!
Jumping up and down and very excited, Nicolai Grigorev waved his t-shirt featuring Amsterdam in London 95% Laundry's logo in front of the cameras.
