Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gage Coulter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kick Boxer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kick Boxer will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kick Boxer!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Taro Takaoka and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coulter misses with a double jab.
Boxer looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Coulter closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Boxer is trying to control Coulter's posture but Coulter avoids it.
Coulter working the body and head with strikes.
Boxer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Coulter. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Coulter has hold of Boxer's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Boxer tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Coulter cranks the arm and Boxer screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Boxer, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
