The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wilkens closes the distance and clinches up with Walker, looking for a takedown. Wilkens pushes Walker against the cage but Walker circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Wilkens rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Walker moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close round but I would say that Shane Walker will probably get the nod.

The ref is looking closely - Wilkens is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Wilkens is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
