Jackson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Emenies by Shinedown. Break Arm had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brett Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Robert Douchet and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arm showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jackson.
Arm has his takedown stuffed
and Jackson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.


It looks like Break Arm has been cut.
No joy there for Jackson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Arm shoots for a takedown but Jackson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Jackson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Arm shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jackson but Jackson pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Jackson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Arm circles away quickly and effectively.

Jackson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Jackson wants to stand but Arm has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Jackson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Arm has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Jackson has managed to get both his arms back between Arm's legs - danger averted.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Arm is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jackson is aware though and is defending well.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Arm moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Jackson has worked his arm free - good work by Jackson!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jackson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Arm moves away.

Arm finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Jackson's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Arm falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brett Jackson!
Brett Jackson decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
