Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Henzo Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladimir Kickasschenkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vladimir Kickasschenkov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Henzo Diaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vladimir Kickasschenkov!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz needs to keep his hands up - Kickasschenkov had a free shot at his head there.

Diaz turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Diaz manages to end up in side control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Kickasschenkov scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Diaz moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Vladimir Kickasschenkov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The crowd cheers as Kickasschenkov lands an impressive looking overhand right. Diaz doesn't seem phased though.

Kickasschenkov lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Vladimir Kickasschenkov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Vladimir Kickasschenkov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Kickasschenkov has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Vladimir Kickasschenkov rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
